Return Policy:

Eligibility for Return

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Goods: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for the return.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Customers may need to request a return from the order section which will generate an authorization (RA) number from the company before returning the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the brand’s part (e.g., damaged or wrong item shipped).

Packaging: Products must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Return pick-up: Customers are to make sure to handover the product to verified logistical partner who contacts them.

Refund/Exchange

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or store credit, based on preference.

Processing Time: Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on the method of return and the bank.

Exchanges: If the customer wants a replacement, they may return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Non-returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable or have special conditions. Specification of such condition will be provided in the product details.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damage or Fault: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. In such cases, the brand may cover the return shipping costs.

Return Location

The returned goods should be sent to the headquarters warehouse. Return addresses and instructions will be provided in the return authorization process.

International Returns

For international returns, customers may need to pay for shipping, and the return

process may vary. Customs duties or taxes may not be refunded. (More details
