Return & Exchange Policy

1. Complimentary First Exchange
One free exchange per customer (not valid on sale-period purchases).

2. Freight Charges

Additional exchanges or returns: ₹250 minimum
First-time returns: ₹250

3. Sale-Period Restrictions
During sales, only exchanges or gift cards—no refunds or free exchanges. A ₹250 freight charge applies; gift-card refunds are net of that charge. Post-sale exchanges are at the original (non-discounted) price.

4. Eligibility & Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

5. Return Process
1. To initiate a return or exchange, go to www.indie-studio.com → scroll to the bottom of the homepage → click “Return & Exchange.
2. On the “Return & Exchange” page, enter your order number and email ID.
3. Select “Return” or “Exchange,” choose your reason. Choose your preferred refund mode and submit.
Please note:

Customers bear return shipping costs unless due to our error.
Securely package the item and hand it to our verified logistics partner.

6. Inspection & Issuance
Exchanges, gift cards, and coupon codes are processed only after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

7. Value Adjustments

Lower-value exchange: balance refunded as store credit, gift card, or coupon code.
Higher-value exchange: balance payable via COD, net banking, or store credit.

8. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items as mentioned on the product details are final sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

9. Credit Expiry
Coupon codes and gift cards expire 60 days after issuance.

10. Dispute Window
Report non-delivery or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt.

11. International Orders
Certain items (as noted on the product page) and all international orders with a value below ₹5,999 are ineligible for return or exchange.
