Shipping fees will be refunded in the following cases:
Entire order is undelivered or lost ➤ Shipping fee will be refunded
Entire order is cancelled by customer ➤ Shipping fee will be refunded

Product(s) returned post-delivery ➤ Shipping fee will not be refunded
Account flagged under Fair Usage terms ➤ Shipping fee will not be refunded
We offer one complimentary exchange per customer; any additional exchanges or returns incur a ₹250 freight charge (this free exchange does not apply to sale‐period purchases). All first‐time returns also carry a ₹250 freight fee.
Exchange orders are not returnable but may be exchanged again with applicable charges on request. Such requests can be requested directly through www.indie-studio.com.
During sale periods, we provide only exchanges or gift cards—no refunds or free exchanges; a ₹250 freight charge applies, and gift‐card refunds are net of that charge; post‐sale exchanges will be charged at the original, non‐discounted price. Reverse pickup depends on service availability at your pin code. To qualify for return, items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
Exchanges, gift cards, and coupon codes are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you exchange for a lower‐value product, the difference is refunded as store credit, gift card, or coupon code; for a higher‐value exchange, the balance is payable via COD, net banking, or store credit. Certain items are non‐returnable/non‐exchangeable.
Coupon codes and gift cards expire 60 days after issuance. Any disputes over non‐delivery or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of receipt. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Fair Usage PolicyOur return and cancellation policies are designed to be customer-friendly. However, in order to prevent misuse of these services, we monitor account activity for unusually high rates of return or repeated order refusals.Accounts identified as breaching our Fair Usage standards may:

Express ShippingAt present, express or expedited shipping services are not available. Damaged, Incomplete, or Tampered ShipmentsIf you receive an incomplete or tampered package, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at contact@indie-studio.com.To facilitate investigation, you may be required to provide:

Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
