- Personal care orders valued below ₹299
- Free Shipping: Orders that meet or exceed ₹1200 in total value (or ₹299 for personal care items) will be eligible for free shipping.
- Discounts and Promotions: Shipping charges are calculated based on the final order value after the application of all discounts, promotional codes, or other adjustments.

- Have their return/exchange privileges temporarily restricted

5. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Standard delivery timelines range from 7 – 14 business days, depending on the delivery location.

6. Delivery Coverage
- We ship orders across the globe.
- You may verify delivery availability for your PIN code using the “Check Delivery Options” tool on product pages.
7. Express Shipping
At present, express or expedited shipping services are not available. If such services are introduced in the future, eligible customers will be notified via our communication channels.
8. Damaged, Incomplete, or Tampered Shipments
If you receive an incomplete or tampered package, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
To facilitate investigation, you may be required to provide:
- A written description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the package, including all sides
- Images of the product(s) received (if applicable)
Important Guidelines:
- Do not use the item(s) until the claim is resolved.
- Retain all original packaging for at least 4 days post-delivery.
- Failure to report the issue within 72 hours or to provide requested evidence may result in claim ineligibility.
