1. Eligibility for Return
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Goods: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for the return.
2. Return Process
Return Authorization: Customers may need to request a return from the order section, which will generate an authorization (RA) number from the company before returning the item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the brand’s part (e.g., a damaged or wrong item shipped).
Packaging: Products must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Return Pick-up: Customers are to make sure to hand over the product to a verified logistical partner who contacts them.
3. Refund/Exchange
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or store credit, based on preference.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 7 business days to refund, depending on the method of return and the bank.
Exchanges: If the customer wants a replacement, they may return the original item and place a new order. Delivery may take 7-14 business days from the date of order request
4. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Non-returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable or have special conditions. Specifications of such conditions will be provided in the product details.
Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled as long as the option is available on our website. If an order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Shipping addresses can be modified before processing (packing) under the ‘My Orders’ section. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days post-cancellation. Orders placed using cash on delivery do not require refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. In such cases, the brand may cover the return shipping costs.
5. International Returns
